Questions

Do team members need their own Claude or Codex subscription?

To run an agent, connect your own supported Claude or Codex subscription. Teammates can collaborate in the workspace without sharing AI sign-ins. Each connected account stays personal.

How do people join my team?

When you create an organization, you get a join code. Share it with teammates and they can join directly. Admins can manage who's in the organization.

What happens to files generated in conversations?

Generated files are saved with the chat that created them. Open supported previews before downloading, keep reviewing with teammates, or ask the agent to create a new version.

What are shared skills?

Skills are reusable instructions and supporting files for your team. Organization admins can upload SKILL.md files or ZIP bundles in Settings → Shared library. Once enabled, they are available to subsequent agent turns across the organization.

Can we share MCP integrations?

Yes. Admins can import MCP configurations into the shared library. Remote services may need server allowlisting, and local tools need their dependencies installed. Imports with embedded credentials are not supported; your personal AI connections stay separate.

Can we build an organization knowledge base?

Yes. Organize shared documents and reference files in projects, and upload reusable skills to your organization’s Shared library. Attach relevant files when you start an agent conversation; enabled skills are available to subsequent team agent turns.

Will Neev support more AI agents?

Claude and Codex are available today. Support for additional agents is coming soon.
